You should look at SP/BZ-005 Turbacz.
This will be best for you, I think.
1. Good public transport connection between Kraków and Nowy Targ (busses from RDA)
2. Great views on Tatry while hiking
3. Trees on summit (for HF anntenna)
4. Summit outside National Park (so no legal troubles for activation)
5. Mountain hostel bellow the summit
6. If you get the extra time you may get the SP/BZ-006 or SP/BZ-010 (be aware, these summits lays inside National Park border - keep the trail)
Unfortunately 15 and 16 it's my working day, so I'm not able to join to your trip.
