Nie ma znaczenia, czy na szczyt jest szlak czy nie i z jakiej strony, bo można go aktywować z obu stron granicy:
"A valid Activation, however, may take
from anywhere in the Activation Zone including the part of the Activation Zone not covered
by the Association which lists the summit."
Regulamin mówi wyraźnie:
The summit may only be claimed by the Association that has the
largest area of the Activation Zone within its borders
i pewnie w zakresie tego kryterium będziesz musiał Bartku toczyć boje.
Z mojego szybkiego rozeznania możemy mieć kłopoty ze wszystkimi Tatrzańskimi szczytami i Karkonoszam. Wątpliwe są też Hruba Buczyna, Kobyla Kopa, Borówkowa...
